Packaging & Distribution

  • Complete your bespoke creation with custom packaging. Add a personalised note, choose the material and colour of the box, and finish it with a designed sleeve. Lastly, for your convenience, we can arrange the delivery of your items, with options for multiple locations or even overseas.

FAQs

How can I customise my gift?

You can add a silk screened logo, a metal plate printed with your logo or your artwork. Additionally, contact us to see the endless possibilities to customise your gift: the colour, size and shape. Depending on the level of customisation there will be additional design costs. For any special requests, it best to Contact Us. We are experts in helping you realize your perfect client gift, so do contact us for an estimate.

How long does it take for customised products to be ready?

It depends on the specifics of the customisation method and quantity - taking anywhere from one week for ready-made customisation, to three months for a fully bespoke customisation. We will advise once we have received a signed quotation or purchase order and deposit.

Is there a minimum order quantity for customisation?

Yes, there is.  We are generally looking at 50 to 100 pieces minimum order quantity.  However, we have also produced the one special piece for a few customers.  Check with us to find out more. 
Do you do collaborations?
Yes, we love to partner with artists, designers, product designers, or even cross market with complementary brands.
Do you offer any design assistance?
Yes! We work with a panel of artists and designers and will be able to assist you.
What types of packaging customisation is available?
Some of the available options include a custom belly band and different coloured fabric boxes! Let us know what you would like and we can discuss more.
Where do you ship to?
We have options to ship to different addresses, as well as international shipping!
How much does customisation cost?
As customisation needs differ for each client, we do not have a fixed customisation cost. However, we would love to discuss a quotation with you.
Can I sell the customised item in my store?
Yes! We collaborate with brands to create private label creations.
